****As the Marketing Lead, you will lead Growth and Marketing efforts to drive pipeline growth and revenue for ORISERVE .
Leading our Marketing team and partnering with our Sales teams, you will implement strategies that generate opportunities that convert into customers.
Responsibilities: 🎩
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop a go-to-market plan that maps our sales strategy with supporting marketing tactics.
- Take a strategic approach and drive implementation of the marketing plan, working closely with marketing, partnerships and sales development teams. (Coordinate with Partnership lead and Partnership team)
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and customer success on all activities related to inbound marketing, demand capture, product marketing and demand generation.
- Create processes, SOP’s and set KPI’s to ensure effective execution of the GTM and marketing activities.
- Generate new leads and pipeline through inbound marketing tactics including email, events, Performance Marketing, SEO, Partner Marketing, Content Syndication third-party programs, etc.
- Orchestrate the creation of content and identify opportunities to leverage existing content and campaigns. (Work with a team of content writers and designers - orchestrating the content creation process)
- Create personalized, high-value customer experiences in programs that focus on understanding customers’ needs across their buyers’ journey
- Test and optimize existing programs to improve conversion rates, while experimenting with new creative concepts.
- Implement and manage multi-channel ABM marketing campaigns that span customer touch points and engage our audiences. (In-line with Sales teams objectives)
- Identify new tactics and opportunities to foster engagement and business growth
- Measure campaign effectiveness and analyze and report to leadership the ROI of marketing programs on a regular basis.
- Maintain regular check-ins with Sales and others who contribute to opportunity development along with.
- Plan and manage the PR activities of ORI to create a compelling narrative around the brand. (PR activities to be managed by a PR lead who would report to you).
- Manage a team of designers, content writers and PR specialists to create sustained brand awareness and pipeline growth.
